G.B. Pant Social Science Institute, Jhusi,Prayagraj established a Kumbh Study Centre in the institute, in collaboration with Prayagraj Mela Pradhikaran.
The Centre has evolved as a think tank of knowledge and resource around Kumbh Mela,Prayagraj. The Centre intends to do various kinds of researches around historical studies,inclusive culture, tradition ,management, organization, visions, policies and experiences centred on Kumbh Mela Prayagraj.- 2025.The social, economic, cultural, religious aspects of maha Kumbh will be focussed through researches by the eminent social scientist, resercher and policies makers and administrator under this Centre.
