Shri Keshav Kishor Upadhyay assumed the Charge as Administrative Officer of Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Social Science on 17th January 2025. Shri Upadhyay is the former Assistant Registrar at University of Allahabad. He has also served to many multinationals particularly in the field of Foods and Beverages wherein he become instrumental leading to the corporate houses for their business growth in the field of Supply Chain and Operations. PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd, Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd and Carlsberg Asia are the major organisation among the served one. Some of the Major projects wherein he has been played a crucial role are Successful trail and marketing of Tropicana Juice in PET bottles, Energy Drink Gatorade, Lipton Ice Tea & Tuborg Strong Scotch malt. Green Field Commissioning of Parle Agro Varanasi Project and Carlsberg Bihta, Patna plant. Before joining the corporate he has also worked under CSIR laboratory of National Botanical Research Institute, Lucknow, Plant Breeding laboratory wherein he showcases the study over Plant Amaranth and published some research papers too.
Shri Keshav Kishor Upadhyay obtained his B.Sc degree in Botany and Zoology from University of Allahabad, M.Sc in Biotechnology from Amity University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He also holds a PG diploma in Food Supply Chain Management from Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices India. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO/TS 22000.
Shri Upadhyay has excellent track record of Cost-efficient management in Operations and Supply Chain including Commission and Budgeting of Green Field Projects and Trails of New Product Development. He is having handy skills and expertise with respect to Government Policies and specialization over framing of Cadre Recruitment Rules, Reservation Roster etc.
